The Point House.
A busy family with two young children and three dogs, required a home to offer more space for their family and room for overseas guests to visit. Nestled in the Deep Cove forest, the Point Residence was a dream property for the clients with the existing house having good bones and foot print taking in the spectacular views of Indian Arm. The house went through a full-scale renovation which included an addition and repositioning the deck spaces. The homeowners wanted a modern yet comfortable home that complemented the natural surroundings of the forest and water. The interior material and furnishings are kept as simple and natural as possible to enhance this connection. Every room at The Point Residence boasts stunning views that are simply captivating. One on side, expansive water vistas; on the other, the dense, lush greenery of the surrounding forest.
